Returns Policy
We are here to look after you needs.  Should you have any problems please contact us at sales@urbanhardware.com.au and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Damaged / Faulty products
In the unlikely event your orders arrive damaged or faulty please email a photo of the goods in their packaging to sales@urbanhardware.com.au.  New products will be dispatched immediately.

Change or Mind
We are happy to accept returns for change of mind.  

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.  Please keep in mind the time taken to ship the goods back.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Flatfee shipping may not be possible to remote locations.

Delivery Time
Shipping times will depend on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most orders are sent by Australia Post and are dispatched within 2 working days.  Delivery times will vary by location.  More information can be found at the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au

Out of Stock
Should an order or part of an order be found to be out of stock or undeliverable for any reason, you will be contacted immediately and provided with an estimated time frame to fill the order.  Should you wish to cancel the order at this stage you will be provided with a full refund for the total order.

Should we be unable to contact you and the order cannot be filled within 14days we will automatically refund you for the total amount of the order.

Partial shipments will not be sent without direct instruction from you.
